1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
- Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tour details.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- 24 hours before tour date:
Full refund will be issued. - Less than 24 hours before tour date:
No refund will be provided. - No-show (customer not available at pickup time):
No refund.
Last-Minute Changes
- Date or time changes requested less than 12 hours before the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Arabian Tourism reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in the following cases:
- Bad weather conditions
- Technical issues or vehicle problems
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
In such cases:
- You may choose full refund or reschedule your trip without any extra cost.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during booking.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Arabian Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Add-on activities like:
- Dune buggy
- Quad bike
- VIP seating upgrades
- Customized packages
- Private tour bookings (if canceled within 24 hours)
6. Missed Pickups
If the customer is not available at the scheduled pickup time, the driver will wait 10 minutes.
After that:
- Booking will be marked as No-show
- No refund will be issued
